Programmes and pathways

Learn. Grow. Lead. Build.

Our programmes combine technology, mentorship, sport, and community to unlock real opportunity for young Nigerians.

One connected ecosystem

Every entry point is designed to lead somewhere next.

A learner may arrive through football, a technology club, a board-game table, or a trusted mentor. The programme matters, but the pathway matters more. Epponomy connects each experience to wider opportunities for growth, leadership, and contribution.

TechClub — Tech For Good programme01

Flagship programme

TechClub — Tech For Good

We are raising creators, not just consumers of technology.

TechClub introduces young people to the world of technology — from computer literacy and responsible internet use to coding, digital design, and career pathways. We do not just teach tools. We change what young people believe is possible for their lives.

  • Computer and internet basics
  • Safe and responsible online use
  • Introduction to coding and digital design
  • Technology in business, agriculture, art, and society

Sport for Growth

Discipline, teamwork, and vision — the field teaches it all.

Our Sport for Growth initiative uses football and structured play to build discipline, teamwork, leadership, and resilience. Sport is developmental infrastructure — not just entertainment.

  • Teamwork, leadership, and goal-setting
  • Community tournaments and inclusion events

Life Skills & Leadership programme03

This programme builds the mindset and interpersonal skills that make success possible — academically, professionally, and in everyday life. The emphasis is practical, applicable, and immediate.

  • Time management and personal growth
  • Financial literacy and goal setting

Girl Child Initiative programme04

Girl child initiative

Girl Child Initiative

When a girl has no example of what her life could become, she cannot imagine it for herself. We are building that example.

The Epponomy Girl Child Initiative creates mentorship networks, safe spaces, and developmental pathways for adolescent girls in underserved communities. We make female possibility visible, consistent, and close enough to reach.

  • Female mentorship and visible role models
  • Safe spaces for honest conversation
  • Life skills and personal development
  • Creative and vocational skill building
  • Community events that invest in female potential
  • Peer networks built on accountability

Board Game Engagements programme05

Community engagement

Board Game Engagements

The table is where strategy meets community. Every game played is a mind sharpened and a relationship built.

Structured play gives young people a reason to gather in a safe and stimulating space. Board games build critical thinking, patience, emotional regulation, social connection, and the ability to plan several steps ahead.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving
  • Social connection and peer community
  • Patience, focus, and emotional regulation
  • Healthy competition and sportsmanship
  • A consistent gathering point for belonging

Community Youth Worker Training programme06

Certifying change-makers

Community Youth Worker Training

The most important person in a young person's life is not always the most qualified. It is the one who shows up.

We train and support community youth workers who embed themselves in the places they serve. They create safe spaces, earn trust slowly, report consistently, and become the dependable adult a young person can speak to without fear or performance.

  • Youth development and the adolescent journey
  • Safeguarding and child protection
  • Trusted relationships in community settings
  • Safe-space design and facilitation
  • Programme planning and reporting
  • Community engagement and accountability
Who it is for

Volunteers, teachers, faith-based workers, and people committed to showing up consistently
